EoD application - Lucille the Dewgong

As I said on my journal, I really wanted to enter a pokèmon group. And here we are! Of course, I hope badly will let me join...We'll see For the moment, enjoy meeting Lucille!!

NATURE: Gentle - she's sweet, calm, kind and really well mannered (she care a lot about good manners). But be careful: she gets angry easily, especially with rude people.
ABILITY: Thick Fat - despite her quite thin figure, she can adapt easily to any temperature (even thanks to her various clothing)

MOVESET:
* Perish Song (Egg) - Don't worry, her Perish Song won't kill anyone! But it's really touching and it can make cry even the thoughest person.
* Ice Beam - Her stronger move, she can spam it when there is urgency thanks to her ring.
* Dive - This is Lucille's favourite move! Thanks to the dive suit, she can explore the sea bottom to find rare shells and pearls.
* Iron Tail (TM) - Lucille use this move when someone is bothering her: her fan become iron made and it can really hurt!

HEIGHT: 1,68 mt. / 4'8 ft.

PERSONALITY:
Lucille is more near to the fourty than the thirty, but that doesn't mean she isn't lively. She's a true, elegant lady who loves luxury but she isn't afraid of mess up herself for adventure! She would do anything for the emotion of fling!
In her pokemon form she loved eating Krabbys, so now she enjoys shellfish dishes (crabs especially). She has even kept her love and ability for diving: thanks to that passion, she's able to collect pearls and shells that will be turned into jewelry.
She's a really good friend, confident and warm to the people she cares about. She loves sweet and kind people, and she is inclined to have a mother's behavior towards the youngers.
On the other part, she's pretty icy to the ones she despises. A simple way to make her angry or disgusted is rudeness, dirtiness, stupidity, vulgarism, violence and call her a middle aged woman.

HISTORY:
Lucille was a 16 pokemon years old when she got caught by a young trainer. She was yet evolved and found herself the older (and the biggest) of the team, from which her mommy attitude, even towards her little master. The four-years-long trip around Kanto with her teammates was sure the best time of her life: she had lots of adventure, visited new places, became stronger and made new friends. She and her teammates were really close to eachother and to their trainer, and the taking down of the Elite Four made this bond even stronger. After became the champion, their master wanted to travel with them and visit other regions. But for make this dream come true, she should have waited 'till her 16th birthday to get the Trainer World Card.
During this period of time, they started grinding to reach a more higher level, and have fun until the scope date.
Unluckily, a fatal accident happened, causing the death of one of Lucille's teammates.
That was a schock for everyone.
Their trainer was so upset about it that decided to not battling anymore. She broke their pokeballs and let them go. A pair of her pokemon decided to stay with her as pets, and Lucille would have wanted too. But her being a sea pokemon made her impossible live as a domestic one.
So, she made her way back to the cave where she lived before start her trip as battler. But life wasn't the same as before: after the big schock got away, she started missing her adventurous life pretty badly. She passed her boring days in the icy cave sighing and snorting, until she heard two cave's visitors talking about a machine created by this prof.Fennel that can make pokemon's dreams come true.
That didn't take a second to make her decision.
Being a well-trained water pokemon, she made her way to professor Fennel laboratory by sea. Once there, she sit out the laboratory until one of the professor's helpers found her. She then got caught and used for the experiment!
EXTRAS:
° Lucille's favourite colors are pastel violet and blumarine
° She has got a lot of different clothes, that can change depending to the situation
° She loved being a human (gijinka), but she had huge problems at the news of having legs.
° She loves shiny things, especially diamonds and pearls.
° Lucille wash her clothes so often that her white ones seem glowing in the dark.
° She loves eccentric hats.
° If she fall for someone (thing pretty hard, in fact), she can act really naive
° Lucille never attended a contest, but she enjoy watching them

CURIOSITY:
° I really had a Dewgong named Lucille in my very first pkmn team. No idea where I put her, today (thus the most of the team is in my SoulSilver game right now). I miss her...
° Even though Lucille seems a lady name, its italian version (Lucilla) is pretty childish... But eh, I was six years old!
° I was inspired for her figure and most for her personality by my great grandmother, which I had the luck to meet.
° Lucille had to be a mienshao before I remembered about my dewgong
